Project Supervision: The Task Team Leader should conduct enhanced supervision by ensuring that the procurement process does not have structural holes that could permit corruption to enter into the procurement process. TTLs should look for the following vulnerabilities in the procurement process and then ensure that these vulnerabilities are addressed:
Compliance Monitors
Enhanced Due Diligence
Ex-post Fraud Review.
Expanded Audit TOR to include forensic features
Create Civil Society Oversight (CSO)
Keep up Dialogue among other TTLs about the risk of corruption
