Participants who complete this module will:

	Identify the various fraud and corruption schemes that occur inside publicly financed project at the local level
	Identify the warning signs (e.g. Red Flags) that indicate that corruption may be occurring inside a project
	Identify vulnerabilities for corruption to occur within the project cycle
	Understand and apply various tools to mitigate the likelihood of corruption throughout the project cycle
