Identification Tools:
  Purpose of Review – to determine if:
  Identified project favors specific government officials.
 

There was bias or undue influence in selecting certain projects.
  Projects are selected in a way that is consistent with the anti-corruption strategy of the CAS.
  For example, are projects selected to strengthen a government’s ability to formulate, execute and monitor its budget?
  Analyze country, region and location for historical influence of fraud and corruption.
 

Assess project type for vulnerabilities to specific corrupt scheme types.
 

Performance of due diligence on entities and persons involved in the project to identify recorded past problems and or potential/issues of corruption.
